I'll openly admit I was using an x-ray mod to see ores. I'm just appealing here on the chance that I may be unbanned and continue building the structures I've built with my brother and friend.

-----I suppose it could use a bit more length, but honestly I feel like the staff and mods of this server are a little above rambling posts about how I'm oh so so so sorry for what I've done. Don't get me wrong, I am sorry. I just feel like... it doesn't make sense from a Minecraft or any sort of business perspective. What I feel is important is the fact that I won't do it again, and if I ever did, they can permanently ban me and I won't appeal and waste their time. I think it's also important to mention why I really do want to come back too. And that's because I want to do exactly what they want me to do. I want to continue building in and expanding the server. I already have a semi large cache of experience when it comes to this, especially due to minerealm. I hope this is enough of an appeal for the admins to consider unbanning me. It isn't that I'm too lazy to write on about how I'm sorry over and over, it's just that I feel like it's already established. If I really didn't care, then I wouldn't have appealed earlier, and I especially wouldn't be appealing now.
And thanks for the replies to the topic to keep it noticeable on the forums.
Also I understand they have lives, they can get to this whenever they see fit and do what they feel they should. Also, I'll be reposting this post into my original appeal.

I would suggest a longer ban appeal.

It has been a bit over a month, and I've noticed more recent bans have been appealed to. I'd like to again apologize for x-raying, and request another chance to play on the server.

Improve your appeal. With the appeal as it currently stands you don't have much of a chance.

Sometimes it takes a while for admins to get to Ban Appeals, they also live lives to, so beeeee patient

The idea was not to turn it into a giant wall of hideous text. Try and land somewhere in between your first appeal and your second. A happy middle ground, if you will.
