Ban request for Paulerados Fly mod and Spawning items

Paul was flying around spawn and several people saw him doing it, he said he was new and yet he had diamond tools making me think he might be spawning items also. So 2 illegal things: Fly mod and spawning items. I have pics but i'm on a different computer and the computer sucks, I don't know how to find the screenshot. I have been trying to figure it out. I'm using windows 7 please if anyone knows how tell me.
EDIT: Got the pics finally, not good angles though...

Hit windows key + r, then put "%appdata%/.minecraft", without the quotes.

After you type in the %appdata% mentioned above, right click the .minecraft folder, click shortcut to desktop so its always handy, then open the .minecraft folder, click screenshots, then find the one of Paulerados that is evidence.

First picture is irrelevant as far as i can tell. However, 2nd pic is telling. He is clearly not standing on anything, but he is hitting something with his shovel. While I doubt any pic could show anything to do with spawning, paul does appear to be flying.
But honestly, those pics are terrible, do you have any more? I don't mean to suspect you of lying, but considering the fact that every time i have seen one of your posts, it has been a false accusation, i would like to see a little more evidence. So i guess i am saying you have a habit of lying....

Sometimes there is a glitch that misplaces a character's model, are you sure it wasn't that?

Offset glitches only move the model a block or so. You can see his name in the air in the second image, but there's a perfectly good chance he's standing on something rather than flying. The evidence given is not nearly enough for a ban..

He was flying around super fast, over intelli's apartment and over foxtops. He was flying for like 3 min I watched for a while and remebered to take screenshots, by the time I did he had almost finished flying. Sorry for not getting great proof, but is this ok? There was I think 2 others saying that he was flying and I said I would report.
