[ACCEPTED]Ban Appeal: Lineant

I was banned along with many others during the Great Minerealm Purge. But I must claim innocence! I have a mine on a realm that FlannyFlan and myself were fixing to buy. It is Right next to our home realms... It was cleared out and That is where i found the majority of my diamonds, legitamitly.. The entrance to this mine is
x: 369
z: -1049
This area had a lot of diamonds and i went ahead and mined them as i found them, due to it being on a public, not yet bought realm.
If it is any condolance, I can return what diamonds i have left, but these legit diamonds were used for our prizes at the Nex Manus Arena, so i have few left..
Thank you for reading my appeal, even if i do not get unbanned.

Pleading "not guilty" to a crime you're guilty for doesn't help things.

Intelli, with all due respect, i am not going to say "oh yea i did all this when i started minerealm", like the rest of the people whom are being unbanned and incrimate myself like a monkey being baited with a banana when i honestly have done nothing wrong. Yes i have a mine and it is exactly where i stated in my appeal and that is where i got the majority of my diamonds. Others i have found in caves that i was exploring and whatnot. I will not stand for being told "oh your guilty dont deny it" after my girlfriend told me that i just need to post an appeal after she spoke with Kerovon and explained it.

Sorry, but finding over 60 diamonds within 30 minutes, multiple times, just doesn't seem very legit.

Intelli, 60 diamonds in 30 minutes... yet some of the people on that list that was leaked had 40 diamonds in 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure that they are the hardcore users of that xray mod. Yet in single player if i make a mine i can get about 3 stacks of diamond in one hour legit if i sit there and mine. But you are the boss here and what you say goes.
If it helps i will still offer what i have left in diamonds and the fines and whatnot.. But again you are the boss and your word is law.
Edit: typos everywhere. had to fix.

I reviewed your mines, and there were some sections where you dug down for no reason and ran into pockets of ores. There is basically no doubt that you were using some form of xray.

Alright.
First of all im going to say i apologize for wasting Intelli's and Kerovon's time on my appeal. I admit xraying, and i only did when my girlfriend (FlannyFlan) was either out of the room or asleep, due to the fact that she disproves of such mods and considers it a low level of playing. I lied in my above post due to her constantly checking forums and I did not want her to find out, but she was considering switching servers and honestly, i love minerealm and i know she does as well.. so i told her. So i did use xray mod a couple of times but i know that it only takes one time to be considered a cheater.
Second of all, I uphold my previous comment about paying fines.. I dont have alot of diamond left and some of that of which i have has been merged with what flan has found.. so she may agree to give it all back or she may have no choice depending on your verdict...
So again, i apologize for decieving you both with my lies in the above posts and i know it was wrong of me (trust me, flans ranting and raving now). So the only thing that remains is your judgement..
