Short version: I feel sorry for using xray hack. Like cerevox said, I should have seen that coming since the server logs everything that is going on.
Long version: I admit that I have been using xray mod since I joined the server. Initially, I thought I'd play for a short period of time and might have to move on. I used it to find diamond/gold ores mostly. After about one week of playing, I feel like the server is a lot more fun compare to others that give players perks as an incentive for donating, which makes me feel disgusted (it's like playing f2p MMORPG games with cash stores to boost your characters). After I bought my first realm, I decided to stop using it to find those aforementioned ores, and instead used it to avoid running into lava pool while I dug down beneath my realm. From that time, up until today, I'm 99.99% certain that (if my memory serves me right) I have yet to use it to find any additional ores. Instead, I used it to observe my "farm" underneath the ground instead, because the minimap mod doesn't seem to report them past certain y-direction distance. You can check the server history to verify my claim.

Again, I feel sorry for my action. I won't beg for Intelli or any other mod/admin to give me a second chance. After all, I did used the xray hack, and the server got the proof. If you read my story and think that I deserve it, thank you.

No need to bump the Admins are trying there best to get to those appeals that were lost in the mayhem.

The admins have a full list of all ban appeals pending from the xray purge and are working through them. No matter how far your appeal falls, it won't make a difference to when your appeal is dealt with, so be patient. They will work through them eventually. Probably.

So just so I know the charges: X-Ray hacking and duping?

I think its just xray, kress is joking about the dupeing thing, since his name is duplicated. He doesn't say he duped at any point, and he was banned in the purge for xray so as far as i can tell he wasn't accused of duping.
