Good day.

First of all, I would like to know, why i was banned.

I'm currently in search of a stable and devoted community, so I visit many servers as
a guest and always follow the rules. However, I feel quite demanding about my reputation and can state that I have never been banned on a single server. To explain my position, I see no sense in griefing or unacceptable actions, sunce the number of servers worth visiting is not infinite.

Although my account has never been compromised (which could have been the easiest explanation)
my younger brother did have access to my account (not anymore) which could have been the source of trouble. I do accept the fact that somekind of rule was broken, while not under my supervision, thus I accept my guilt in that sense.

Please explain the reason for my banning and unban if possible.

My sources tell me you were banned by panthers17nfl for griefing a stadium.

I truly regret such an ocurrance happened.

As mentioned above, it is not my policy to risk the reputation of a obedient and mature
player, especially when it comes to griefing.

Since my account is strictly private now I kindly ask a second chance to prove I'm reliable enough to
be trusted.

I have nothing else to say about the situation and would welcome any decision, which is
still better than hanging in the space and waiting for something.

I know you don't understand this, but hearing "my brother did it" is an incredibly common and annoying excuse. I do not charge you any more or any less guilt-wise for the incident, as the way I see it it was still 100% your fault.

The griefing was minor, but even just at that, I would not unban you.

However, you managed to compose two posts in an acceptable level of English comprehension.

Unbanned, but the next ban is permanent.

It IS my fault at a certain point as I have already stated and of course I did it 100% simply because it was done from MY account, which is more than reasonable to be stated. However, a contradiction of positions is somehow obvious, though I see no point in trying to prove I'm not the only child in the family.

Considering the way you might see the whole story from your end, please still keep in mind that you still
face lots of different people here without even a chance to go live, so you have to believe them by default, before they completely compromise your trust or die trying. Finally, I've already mentioned, that I do care about my reputation, so no additional comments will follow.

Again, I'm afraid I got nothing else to add but to express my regret.

Obviosly, I promise to keep things fair. There is no challenge in using x-ray or any other SMP mod.
I'm quite familiar with it, even tested it myself in SSP. To strengthen my position, I would say that
for the 99.9% of the projects, the x-ray is simply not needed, since all the necessary materials are relatively
easily found (iron, gold, coal, wood, even lapis). The main purpose of diamonds is to provide durable
tools and some side benefits (such as the mining of obsidian), so no large quantities are needed.

In addition, there is clearly a number of materials much harder to obtain (coconuts, seeds, apples), which
take much more effort to find.

I'm writing all this not just to support some common made-up story, but in attempt to convince you in my maturity and respectability.

What would be the outcome of the dialog? Permanent ban?
