zanziba only just got minecraft yesterday and he really likes this server
he was acuused of drawing people in the nether and killing them so he could take there items but he was actually trying to give away un-wanted items
hes a noob and he doesnt no the rules .
pleez Kerovon can u un ban him

If Zanziba can't be bothered to post his own appeal he can piss off.

PvP in the nether isn't bannable.
Griefing people's houses and stealing is however.

He was caught doing the latter. Try harder.

I believe he does not have to be banned read this it is a rule check urself it is coloured in blue

Over-World and the Nether (1.2): Player versus player combat is allowed, provided both players have PvP enabled. If a player is lured in to enabling PvP by another player (perhaps lying as to what the command does, or telling him to "trust" him), it is that own player's fault for listening to him. PvP in Realms follows the same protocol: both player must have PvP enabled.

I just said that he wasn't banned for PvP.
Honestly, if you are too stupid to read 3 posts in a thread, you shouldn't be talking.

His actions in the nether had nothing to do with his banning. He was banned because he broke into a house, destroying blocks and the door in the process, then looted their chests.

Actually, his actions in the nether were slightly suspicious, because he was constantly fighting with gold swords and is a new player. Furthermore, the owners of the house lost a fairly large amount of gold. However, this is tangential to the real problem of him breaking in and stealing.

I gave him the gold sword he lives with us we gave him 20 gold and 1 diamond

I think it's mighty arrogant that you don't read any of the posts in the ban appeal, but you expect people to read your posts. If karma exists, a mod or admin will never post in this thread again.
