Hello,
I was banned about 30 seconds ago due to a lot of competitors and arguments.
So this is basically how it all went down:
1. jtcanon and I were arguing for quite a while, you can ask him about that he didn't really mind that part.

2. Obviously him a jtcanon are friends and they set up a little ban scam, but luckily I had some backfire up my sleeve . Rocky_Blast was running through my shop for quite a while and I simply ignored it. then he started throwing netherack everywhere.. I asked him to stopped and he did it some more because he said (I was also fish hooking him) "im giving donations" . So then I really laid down the law by saying "Any more donations will be taken as harrasement" , yet he continued.

Rocky_Blast then asked me to not fish hook him anymore (I guess? o.o) about 20 minutes later, here comes Rocky_Blast again (ltcanon hiding somewhere I didnt know about) running and jumping about me and my friend 8ian1's shop (which is by the way to the right of the spawn ). This time he did not "donate" anything but he was pestering me. He came up to the counter and stared at me for quite a while so I pulled out my fish hook, and caught his ass. And I kid you not, half a second later (jtcanon already had it typed out ready to blow) jtcanon condemned me of harrasement and banned me.


This is all a silly jealous revenge act because im stealing all of his customers,
Im not asking for Rocky_Blast to be banned but really, this is all silly and should be reconsidered, thats all I ask. I have been playing about a month now and am on daily and contribute to the market and hopefully to the players. Anyways here are all the screen shots:

I would also like to say, I won't fish hook anybody anymore. I won't argue with a moderator/admin either.

Well, you caught us.

Jtcanon and Rocky_Blast are heading a conspiracy personally against you, and to do this they went and gave you free netherrack. Then being the stoic person you are, you used a fishhook.

Both sides are acting hilariously like children. You should all be embarrassed and Urm be unbanned.

Harassment (8.1): Harassment can be identified as performing an action with the intention of causing harm to another player, or the repeated verbal assault of another player, be it in game or on the forums. This is different from trolling in that it is personal and often malicious.Harassment is, as expected, a bannable offense.

Once the harassment victim asks the harasser to stop, he is required to stop. Continuing to harass will result in a ban.

Donating netherrack is not malicious nor harming anyone.

Now to the reason as to why you were banned....

You were flinging a fishing hook in everyone's face if you deemed as an enemy. I walked into your store, you hit me, and then followed me around. I asked you to stop. You continued to do it again. I said stop...again. Shortly later, Rocky appeared in your shop, and you hooked him. All of that occurred after I gave you ample warning to stop. It became defiance.

It is true that rocky and I are friends, but that was anything but a ban scam, seeing as I had asked you earlier to stop.

I pulled out my fish hook, and caught his ass. And I kid you not, half a second later (jtcanon already had it typed out ready to blow) jtcanon condemned me of harrasement and banned me.

Swearing does not help your case. You accuse me of having it ready to type, how could that be? As I said earlier, I had asked you to stop. So I assumed you would.

I banned you for very valid reasoning. There is no reason for me to "ban you out of jealousy". If I wanted to, I could close down the store, not work another day in minerealm as a shopkeeper, and be set. As to "stealing" my customers, I assure you people still come to NOVA. No shop will ever run out another shop. NOVA and Foxtops are both great shops that were working together nicely. Both establishments were making decent money.

If it was really so silly, why did you break the rules? I specified what rules you broke, and gave you ample warnings.

The time you have spent on MineRealm is not a reason as to why you should be unbanned. You say you contribute to the Market? You sure do, the market crashed today. Every new store undercut the last, so almost every item's value got reduced by 50+ %.

I banned you for valid reasoning, after giving you many clearly stated warnings. You are trying to play this off like it was a ploy, and that I am jealous. You are being ignorant to the fact that you did indeed break rules.

Jt and you were arguing over god knows what, but I can say truthfully that jt told you to stop multiple times and you refused to, and then proceeded to insult him. That's called harrasment and insubordination, which I believe to be the main reason to your ban.
According to Rocky_Blast he was donating to you, so why not take the donations with stride instead of making a big scene? Secondly, have you ever been fishhooked? If not it's annoying as hell because all you can see on your screen is a giant red and white ball bobbing all over it and is very annoying, the reason this comes into play is because you didn't stop when rocky or Jt ASKED you to. Also, chat logs will probally proved that you didn't tell him to stop or warn him about the harrasment shenanigins.

Oh btw, musetii should be banned for killing musetii.

All these replies are fair, and are against me. I understand the moderators are the good people, but take infact to both sides equally please. To clear up the arguing Kylefate, jtcanon and I came to a calm peaceful quit in our argument, he'll give you that. I told him I would stop arguing. Again, the rule in which I broke was also broke by another player called Rocky_Blast .
Can I have an admin or somebody other than jtcanon reply here?

The reason im swearing in this ban appeal is because I was so confident I would get unbanned, because this is all so silly and a waste of time. I actually had a little fun writing that long ban appeal.
