As you can clearly see
here, he admits to buying a realm that he is aware is owned by somebody else. Now according to rule 6.9 of the Unofficial Big Book o' Rules, as well as
Stare decisis, this should be enough to get at the very least, a temporary ban.
I rest my case.

1. Nobody complained about me buying the realm AND there were no items in chests for me to steal.
2. I bought the realm before I knew that it would result in a ban.
3. The property there was half greifed anyway.
4. Why is this your business anyway? I was defending tyman, not attacking you.
In a lack of context, yes I should be banned. However, with context I hope this issue can be resolved.

You opened up the chests too? Well that's a 2.4 right there.

Provided what you say, and that we have yet to hear a complaint from anyone who may even own that property, there really isn't much to be done.
Additionally, banned players of MineRealm are not in a right to request the ban of others.

Calm down, they're just trolls trying to ruin the minecraft experience.

What brings you to that conclusion?

Oddly enough you're banned too, Tyman.
