Hello i was recently banned. Most likely due to my purchasing a realm with catfuzzs home on it. Now i have read the book of rules above and did not violate any of them. I will allow him to take all items that belong to him including materials used in the structures that are on the realm so there is no breaking of any rules regarding buying realms. There was also no harrsment going on as no insults or "bullying" took place. If there are any rules I missed or was not aware of that were violated I apologize and will merely say in my defence that i was unaware of that rule and would not have broken it if i was. That is all, thank you for your time.

According to my understanding, purchasing that realm did not break any rules. If they were changed afterward, you should have only been given a warning.

Of course, this is assuming that is the reason why you were banned.

Which makes it all seem like he should be unbanned, hugged, and left to continue on.

So, a mod just banned the man for no reason when no rule was interacted. Seems like something that normally causes a person to lose their mod status. My money is on Rokkr is the one doing this (Again).

Actually kero did the ban get your facts straight and it is a temp ban till tomorrow. He purposely bought the land out from under cats just to harass him. Kress didn't do it because kress was warned about it before, we've already talked to kress which he stated maxee did it upon his own doing. Deal with the temp ban and wait till tomorrow or untill we can speak with Intelli.

The rules, precedents, and previous admin decisions all pointed to Maxee being well within his rights to do just that. I expect this sort of blatant banning with disregard for the actual rules to be something Rokkr would do, but Kero's involvement disappoints me.

The whole buying realms out from under people just to deliberately piss people off is the issue here. Which is what maxee did here. There little group has been trying to drive cats away from there for several days which is one reason why this falls under harassment unless maxee can somehow provide any justification for the purchase.

It's not harassment, because precedence has shown that Catsfuzz didn't own the land until he actually pays for it in credits. It belongs to whoever pays for it first, which in this case is Maxee.

Whatever you think lights, Panthers rule book that you guys follow isn't the actual rules. And the whole buying out from under people just to harass them is a new rule that hasn't been written because it doesn't happen often and only person to do it, other than this case, was Kress he knows all about it. I'm not trying at all just stating everything, anyways wait till a admin comes on to discuss this further.

My quote isn't from the rule book. Did you even read the bloody thing?

I honestly have no idea how someone so unprofessional to refuse to read a previous ban request for this exact same reason, purely because it contradicts what he wants to do, can remain a mod.
