I am truly sorry for breaking the rules, i realise what i did was wrong and i would be happy to repair any damaged i caused. Now i think about it i realize it was a silly thing to do and i wont do anything like it in the future. I have taken the time to read the rules so i can refrain from breaking any in the future if i am unbanned. I play with a group of friends and it would be upsetting not to be able to play and build and play with them. Once again i apologise and hope you can give me another chance to prove i am not an annoying greifer.

What exactly did you do?

I took some stone slabs of the path leading to spawn outside my realm

By "Took some stone slabs" he means that he dug a 3x1 pit down to bedrock in the middle of the road after first disguising it by breaking up the road above it so there wasn't an obvious pit, then placed pressure plates connected to a torch in his base with a sign saying that when the torch is off, to go collect loot.

that was a dick move by myself and i apologize, in hindsight it was a stupid and mean thing to do

Try writing a more formal and meaningful apology letter... That might get you somewhere...
