This player has recently acquired some land that used to be used for Sunny City. There are realms that are still being used to the west of this one. When he acquired this land, he blocked off the path to the other realms and was very rude towards players about them getting by to their realms, as well as constantly harassing them as they went on about their business via chat. Also while working on his new land, he was flying, shown via photo below. Yes, he is sneaking, but is too far from blocks for it to work.

1. That doesn't look like flying, if he was flying he would've been auto-kicked. That's more likely dare I say undoubtebly a client-side error that misplaces the appearance of person's character, making them go into the ground/wall/sky/etc. 2. You don't have any right to a realm you haven't purchased, he is free to do as he wishes to his realm. 3. The only thing I see in the photo is that client-side error and the realm he purchased from intelli, I see no evidence that solidifies your other claims.

Denied. I was working with Rocky the whole time, and he was not flying. We blocked off the realm so we could work without everyone swarming us, which happened.

Multiplayer Minecraft is very visually glitchey, and alot even more with the lag, so with the client side visual glitches and the server lag, half the time it looks like someones in the floor or floating.

He wasn't flying.

Yeah, there is no rule of where you can buy realms. Also that is probably just a glitch, ever seen people walking around half underground. No ban.

Looks like a standard displacement error. Not flying. Try relogging to confirm if the person is flying next time.
