This is my ban appeal. I have been banned by Ohmsen93 for 'griefing' a house. I am fully aware that griefing is a serious offense that the mods are sick of having to deal with every day but don't dismiss this as 'just another banned griefer'. The house that i griefed was within 15-25 blocks of the spawn building, and belonged to a player (i have forgotten the name , Grox something) who was already swearing heavily in the chat and i suspect might be banned for that offense. I removed a total of around 6-7 wooden blocks , more from boredom than a serious desire for wooden blocks. I didn't intedn to cause any major damage. Within 30 seconds of my 'serious griefing' i started to repair the 6-7 missing blocks. During that time the owner reported me to the mod ohmsen. He Teleported to me, said "busted". I told him that i had repaired the majority of the damage but he simply told me i had'nt. Seconds before i was banned i asked what blocks i had missed, honestly intending to repair them to thier former state , but i was banned. Within about 20 seconds of me being reported as a griefer (something like "Ban sunstarboi he's a f***ing griefer) i hads been banned with no time to fully explain my actions and the steps i had already undertaken to repair the minor damage. In all honesty, it seemed like a snap decision with little time given to thinking about the context or to listen to more than the already angered owner of the (already heavily griefed) property. However , I will admit that greifing is against the rules and a bannable offense , whether it is 1 dirt block or 1000 obsidian blocks. I will also admit that the mods and admins of this server do not need to provide evidence to ban a player and also have been promoted to thier position of power through a meritocratic system, so it was within his right to ban me. However, i feel i should be allowed a second chance, as it was in my view a minor offense , an overreaction of the owner and i can prove myself to be a reliable and trustworthy player on this server once more. Oh and i did genuinely think i had repaired all of the minor damage , if his house is still standing , i am more than willing to repair the damage that i missed the first time around which can be no more than 1-2 blocks.

i know i am not supposed to post again , but the topic just below mine titled "abusive language" was taken approximately a minute before i was banned. The player who's house i 'majorly griefed' was GroxDox and as you can see , he was quite difficult to reason with at the time of the incident.
