I was building with my friend BSGSamuel when panthers17nfl teleported to me said, "Seasoul, you are banned." a second later i was banned. I do not recall ever being told why i was banned!

Please follow the proper ban appeal, and then a mod or admin will look at your appeal.

I have read all of the rules posts and i dont see what i did wrong
if it helps i have recently mined about 40 diamonds and maybe panthers thought i had hacked them in

Panthers17nfl and I saw you noclipping (god knows what else he saw when he ported in) or something similar to noclip. End of story.
Find a new server.
If Panthers has a different telling of events, he'll obviously state it and decide if you deserve to be unbanned or not.

yes i honestly admit to using a noclip flymod but i had otherwise not used it if i had knew there was a rule against it (or maybe im blind and didn't see the rule)

I had never noticed the wall of signs for every new guy to read, one of which blatantly saying no exploits.

Our definitions of exploits may differ. I see them as glitches in the programming of the game used to your advantage. I believe mods and hacks are client-side additions to the software of the game. Im sorry for using this mod.

Whatever you'd like to call it, it was no-clipping, which is very clearly against our rules.
You admitted to no-clipping, so you've saved me the few sentences explaining how I knew you were no-clipping. Beyond that, you were no-clipping. I don't know what else to say. A very clear fracture of the rules that you willingly broke. Sounds like a fair ban to me.
