I believe I was banned due to a misunderstanding between players over some diamonds. They thought I scammed them, but in reality I was just trying to make an honest living mining them.

It was more than that. You were banned by Rokkrwolf (head admin) for disrespect, trolling and harassment. That's after two earlier bans for trolling and harassment.

Sounds to me like you have a problem getting along with people, and your ban appeal doesn't exactly convince me that you've resolved it. Rokkr wouldn't have listed three separate ban reasons for some minor misunderstanding.
