I recently had my question answered, which was "Why am I banned?". I was just informed that I got banned for griefing/looting.

I didn't grief anyone, but I will admit to looting. I thought it would be alright to just take a few things from an already- obviously - griefed house, like dirt and food while I was journeying. I could return the items if I can find the house again. I mean, when I first joined this server (which was back in like 2010), someone stole my items from my house and nobody did anything. I put a sign up by my house that said "I have a pet creeper. Don't come in here", and then someone ended up griefing my entire house and replacing the sign with "I killed your pet creeper", and I guess I'm still upset over that, haha.

Since the border command said "Public land. You can build here", I assumed it was alright, because of the "you can build here" statement. I didn't think it would be such a big deal. Now I admit to my mistakes and I will not do it again, I've obviously learned my lesson.

But now I have my own plot (that I share with my friend), and I would love to be able to play on the server. I really enjoy this server and I am really upset with myself because I did something against the rules. I'm am deeply sorry and I can give back the items I looted. I won't loot again- I'll make sure to take enough food/dirt with me on my journeys. I apologize to the person I looted from. I would like to be able to join my friends again. Again, I am sorry.

It's best if you stick to one ban appeal, and since a staff member already commented on your other one, I would advice you stick to that.

Just to clarify on griefing/looting rules, yes you can build in public land. However keep in mind that other people are building in public land too, and interfering with other peoples builds through griefing and looting is against the rules. You can find the official rules here, and if you need any clarification it is best to ask staff.

I think he's trying to appeal two different accounts. If this is the case you may want to reiterate this in your appeal posting.

Grel they are appealing same account not sure why they created a second appeal. But the original is now locked, I will continue with this one.

As for the appeal who is Gutsbrah? They said ingame they were a friend but you are both using same ip, to me that indicates you are the same person unless you can prove me otherwise.

Sorry, I'm new to forums, I got confused and posted it twice.
Also, Gutsbrah is my friend, we hang out at each other's houses. I use her internet and her laptop. That's probably why it's the same IP. I use her laptop because mine is too old and laggy. Is there any other way I could prove it to you? I'm not quite sure how.

Is there a way we could Skype call you, or maybe we could take a picture of ourselves and send it to you? I don't know. I am so confused. I would just like to be able to play on the server again.
