hello. i was banned almost 3 years ago over a miss-understanding. i had robbed an unclaimed house of a wooden axe and three blocks of gravel. i was banned moments after. i would assume the admin of which i was banned by thought i stole from a claimed plot, not a wood house in random UNCLAIMED spot in the world. please un-ban. -KingAK2018.

unclaimed or not raiding man-made structures is not aloud according to server rules.

I believe that because he stole so little and it was so long ago that he should be unbanned. Yes it was against the rules however he did not hurt anyone and he acknowledges what he has done. If he denied accusations that would be another story but he knows he made a mistake.

Stealing from anything made by a player is against the rules, as it appears you don't realise that. Claimed or not, you aren't allowed to take anything. Your assumption that the staff were confused indicates this belief of yours that un-purchased means free for looting, so I suggest you reread the server rules here and the basics at spawn in-game if you are un-banned.
