i Said "WetFart360 and farting" and helpbot or whatever banned me, i didnt know that was going to happen, i even asked for it to get fixed and still no, but hopefully i can get someone to read this and fix it, and someone said farting and didnt get banned,...
respect the bannding policity but saying someones name isnt a reason to get banned,

That name either needs to be allowed in the swear filter or require a name change because all it's doing is getting players banned.

PotatoPVPz, the user whose name you said contains a word that is in the swear filter ("****"). Why that word is in the swear filter is a long story, and I'm not sure why swears are allowed in player names but not chat. In any case, it's best to avoid words that are in the swear filter, even if you aren't sure why.

Maybe if you wait longer than an hour to question your verdict staff just might respond!

The word "****" was added to the swear filter originally as a joke. Funnily enough saying "fart" (without the s) or any other form of that word will not trigger the swear filter.

Give it a day or so for Rokkr to get around and read through the appeals, and you should be just fine.

I'm not defending the word being in the swear filter, but you were autobanned just the day prior for EXACTLY the same thing and then unbanned by Intelli who was in-game at the time. So regardless of the validity of the ban, you really should take it as a lesson in not repeating the same mistake twice.

As for the ban, you'll have to wait for Rokkr to do his ban appeal review.

The problem isn't that helpbot is broken and needs to be fixed, it is doing it's job correctly. It sees a inappropriate word and acts on it, whether it's in someones name is a whole different ball game. Generally unless the username is completely uncalled for so major swears we'd step in and ban immediately but his isn't that bad. Plus prior players never had the chance to change it.

I agree he needs to change his name, we were discussing it last night cause the more people get banned the more likely he will too to prevent it. Though the players have to assume some responsibility.

As stated prior they typical aren't allowed unless they are extreme, his name isn't that extreme.

Well that's the problem you did know better so using that as a excuse is ridiculous. You were banned prior for it so you knew that it was there. Then you also said the word itself without his name three times after. So helpbot gave you plenty of warnings.

Let me clear this up, I don't get why everyone keeps calling it the "swear filter" cause it's not just swears in it. There's a reason helpbot says "Inappropriate" because it's and "Inappropriate filter." So this includes a wide variety of words which this word happens to be added too. As for it being added as a joke it was more than that. I'm sure you recall the player who used it used it a lot. Over time they used it for just about any comment and eventually it got disgusting and inappropriate so it was time to take action because they were asked to stop and didn't. Hence why it's added to the filter now.

^ Which I stated again, you really should of learned the first time. I'll unban you tomorrow on Sunday March 29, 2015.

Thanks rokker wolf, but its unfair he did this, he has gotten 3 people banned. do something tord him so he gets to learn a lesson too about being mature, and plus people make mistakes too, if i press w and tab it automaticly puts in wetfarts360, i cant help it, and plus i told intella to change it but no, and 3 innocent people me, foxgaming and someone else has gotten banned.

and he has to wait 20 days to get a name back, you could atleast remove "**** in the swear filter for temp till his name changes, this could lead out of hand if he keeps this name please do something anything so this mistake wont happen to me again. -PotatoPvPz

what time sunday. i dont like waiting just because i said someones name a 2nd time no one did nothing the 1st time. exp unban me -potato

Rokker if his name isnt extreme why did you add **** in the swear filter, there needs to be a explamation
