The admin/moderator/REALLY COOL GUY going by the name of "Kerevon" has decided to ban me, for complying to the rules he stated.

Firstly, I had on a skin he deemed "Offensive", with which, immediately I began to change the aforementioned skin, as I would of course be hesitant to offend anyone, however accounting for the recent attack upon the minecraft servers, the system was obviously slow, therefore my skin could not be changed with the immediate haste that "Kerovon" demanded.

Secondly, I had set up a home, 4 blocks away from the road of a town, but to my surprise "Kerovon" brought to my attention that the rules stated it had to be 5 blocks away from the road of a town, and with this he re-set my actions, I then began to comply with the recently refreshed rules in my mind, I began to build a new home, 5 blocks away from the road.

"Kerevon" didn't like this, so he decided to throw his rattle out of the pram and ban me.

You had been warned about that skin previously on the last map, several times. You did change it, and this was not what you were banned for. And of course, the slow server isn't a very valid excuse, because A)it was down last night for full maintenance, and B) you have to log off to change the skin, and you were still logged on and moving around.

I did not say the rules said that you had to build more than 5 blocks away. I said that you can't build on other people's territory, and the 5 blocks is quite clearly on their territory. Moving it further back does not count. After being told by an admin you were breaking the rules, you continued to try to flaunt them. That is why you were banned.

I like, how instead of asking to be unbanned, your very first post is a request to ban an admin. I can tell that you will have a very long, enjoyable time on this server.

You had, like what, maybe 20 minutes? That's kind of a long time.
