Ban Request: Kress91; Blackhawkonfire

I like to believe that stealing on minerealm is forbidden, I therefore also believe that the encouragement of stealing is also not allowed. Therefore I would like to say that Kress91 and Blackhawkonfire should be banned for the acts of stealing and encouragement of stealing, respectivly.
This is after the revelation that the chest protection system is bugged, I was able to break into chests even stored inside realms. (The fix to this is to completly cover the top of the chest on both sides so please do exactly this until Intelli fixes the problem).

They were testing chest protection moron, Kress asked me over steam if he could test it in my plot and I said sure. Also, you can't ban someone over something they said in chat unless it's an over suffecient amount of vulgarities, or you have screenshots of them commiting the act that they threatened/said they would do. Even if he didn't ask I could care less and the only offense here is agaisnt me. I don't want them banned even if they did steal. Case closed now go away and quit your bitchin nancy.

Both were kidding around, and nothing was actually stolen. I know for a fact blackhawkonfire would never steal. Kress is a bit rough around the edges, but he doesn't blatantly rob realms. The bottom two pictures were blackhawkonfire and kress91 testing the chest protection, which from what they've said, is somewhat defective. You can even ask Kyle; nothing was stolen from him. Besides, from what I've seen, conspiracy to commit a bannable act is not in itself bannable.

Need I mention the fact that although I have no screenshots, you were WITH US AND HELPING US for a significant portion of the glitch test. Also, you have no proof that:
1. We weren't just kidding
2. Anything was actually stolen
We were testing a glitch/fallacy on MY chests and joking around.
Case closed.

That we were, on your chests. Then the words were spoken with you encouraging kress to go out and steal from other realms. It is true that I have no proof of either of those things but it amazes me that you can deny the use of language. If you were simply testing glitches then why would Kress write "Koj don;t you dare tell"?
I believe that your intention was to steal for this very reason. Need I also remind you that Kress has openly admitted to stealing from multiple realms in the past in the party chat (As ohmsen93 is witness to)?
I helped test the glitch after it was found but I did not take advantage of it in anyway, from the screenshots however it is clear that kress did.

BTW Why did you "white-out" the messages?

They are not important to the ban request and have no relevance.

Kojai read my first post, and then shut your mouth so we don't have to listen to your idiocy.

May others be the judge of that?
