ok, so i had made a spawn shop by the spawn, and than i put up signs saying what i was saying, and a sign saying not to steal. i also had a sign saying my name. than i saw this guy named kress91 walk in to the shop through a door that had a sign above it saying "EMPLOYEES ONLY!" you would have to be an idiot not to see it or not to know what it means. than he left the shop. 8 iron ingots, a flint and steel, around 5-6 stacks of wood were stolen. this is unacceptable, and as a thief, he should be banned. after that i accused him of stealing.(he was the only person who went in the shop) and he denied it. i have been stolen from way to much on this server! anyways, i know that alot of people will probably come just so they can have a big argument, many will come to flame me, and many will call me an idiot. i know it wasnt the best idea to post this, but i really want this guy banned!!

How do you know someone wasn't in there before him, and knowing Kress he didn't do it. He saved my Diamonds from a guy who killed me in the Wilderness.

You have nothing. You have no pictures, and apparently nothing in game, too. How sad.

Even Energy is attesting to my kindness. I have no use for wood or iron, mate.

To post pictures scroll down and hit choose file and select the desired picture. Then hit add file. My opinion will not be shared until I see proof.

he is the only person who went in my house, i was there the whole time. i followed him, and saw him open the door with no permission, and than he stood there for a couple seconds and than left. but, of course no one believes me or the pictures. notice his head is slightly downward. was he just looking at the chest? yes, go on and believe that. he just stood there and stared at the chest for a few seconds and walked away. but i give up now, for i can not win this. some people can get away with anything. i'll just have to get used to it. im sorry for bothering you kress.


EDIT: i was there supervising my items, and it wasnt all of them. if you didnt notice, it was a shop. also, people arent allowed to steal whether or not its not protected. i had signs up. that means its my property.

Two things:
1: Kress, just because you're confused, does not mean that having a ban request against you is 'cool'. It makes you despised by the community, and untrusted by the mods.
2: If you had more evidence, this would probably be a ban. But, with the very little amount of evidence you provided, I don't think any actions will be taken. This kind of thing is definitely illegal, it's just that you don't have proof. Video evidence is much more trustworthy. Get camstudio, it's free. Even with the bad graphics, it's at least something to use. Good try, but not enough proof.
