Hi. First off I do not wish to have these players banned, Story begins:
One day me and my guildies are looking for a spawnrealm. Legit says he has one, We look at the plot and ask many people, None awnsered, We then found out after we bought it it was public 2 days before, He bought it for 10k and sold it to us 2 days later for 60k, He has also tried doing It again. I have screens if needed, Now for cobaya, We are teamed up building intelli's tower right? He unadds me from the plot and admits ripping me off via public chat, I would like for rokkr to look at the evidence provided if the evidence is needed, I only wish for my credits to be returned.

If you don't want them banned, what do you want? A refund?

May I edit he broke the rules buying the plot with a build on it? And yes. I do want a refund as stated in the request

Looking at legit_neymar's logs, I see the following sequence of events:

• coolaa24 and Legit are talking about purchase of a spawn plot [coolaa24 buying; Legit selling]
• Legit shows coolaa24 plots using Dynmap ... I assume coolaa24 is just watching on Dynmap as Legit runs to the various plots, based on the conversation
• coolaa24 offers 60k for a plot; Legit requests the offer be upped to 70k
• coolaa24 says 60k is her limit; Legit offers to show one further back that he and krinbros own
• Legit messages krinbros about the plot; krinbros says he has sold it to aj
• Legit finds a public plot [-275 / -525] behind the plot sold to aj and offers it to coolaa24 for 60k
• Legit messages various players asking for a loan of 2k, offering to pay 3k back "shortly"
• Legit receives loan of 2k, which obviously tops him up to >10k credits, and purchases the plot
• Legit tells coolaa24 and Andrew_Epicness to meet him at spawn, runs with them to the plot and sells the plot to Andrew_Epicness, coolaa's guildmember, for 60k
• Legit then posts in guild chat "whelp just sold a "spawn realm" to coola ... at 580 blocks out ... the realm wasn't even bought ... I just bought it for 10k and sold it for 60 ... look at all of them all happy (posts map link)"

This entire sequence of events took place within a half-hour or so.

The issues here are the obvious profiteering by Legit, despite Rokkr clarifying in the Official Plot Purchasing Update that buying plots just to resell them is not permitted, and the purchase of a semi-developed public plot by Legit without obtaining Staff permission (coolaa24 claims that it was not natural terrain when she bought it).

There may have been some degree of scamming in claiming the plot was a spawn plot, but I think "buyer beware" applies here - especially given that it seems coolaa24 and Andrew_Epicness did run from spawn with Legit_Neymar to the plot before purchasing it.

I note that the credits belonged to Andrew_Epicness not coolaa24 and as such the ban request would have been better coming from him; however if he does not have a forum account as coolaa24 says then it is understandable that the ban request has been made by her.

I can't readily search cobaya18's chat logs for the claimed "ripping off" in public chat, so I'll leave that to Rokkr. You may like to respond here Legit_Neymar if you have something to add; otherwise I'll leave it to Rokkr to decide what is to be done.

Whelp, I don't know exactly what to say here. I tried to sell her 7 different realms and I lowered the price down to 65k, but she said she could not pay that. So after all that, I decided to try and sell her the realm that Krin and I had found a few weeks earlier. Once I got there, I found out that Krin had sold that realm to AJ. I had remembered that the realm right next to it (which was the one I eventually sold to coola) I was going to buy it, but I didn't have enough credits at the time since I had bought around 12 realm before it. Since she couldn't pay for any of the realms I offered her before, I thought I could get a quick loan and buy the realm next to the one Krin had sold that I was going to buy before to then sell it to her. At the time (this was all a few months ago) I didn't know that you could sell realms you just bought for a profit. I wouldn't just break the rules like that. I just found out about that rule now. I even brought her to see the realm and I asked if the realm would be fine. She said yes. And just to clarify, there was no structures built on that land, It was completely flat and empty.

Wouldn't it be better for you to not make a ban request? Since when you make one, you're kind of asking for the player(s) to be banned. You could have posted it in the Chat part of the forum.

Sorry if I shouldn't have said this, but I was just my 2¢ on that first sentence that contradicts itself.

Lol and cob just got unbanned. Coola I know where you are right now, but I like cobs, please leave him outta this. Also DJ, did legit make the app to buy the plot with a build on it? Or does he not have to because he bought it at a time where the rule wasn't in affect.

I just don't get why it took him 3 months to do this request

It also didn't have any builds on it... Unless you want to go nuts about a tree
