So, just to be clear, this a ban request for me_da_man by flyingpigs715 (or 175, did not get the exact IGN). Also, a ban may not be neccessary so long as me_da_man gives stuff back to players he stole from when buying a plot.

Flyingpigs complained in chat about another player buying a plot with his (flyingpigs) stuff in it. This occurred at approximately 7:30 am EST, Sunday morning. I explained the policy on players buying plots with buildings/other players stuff on it to flyingpigs. I suspected there was more to the issue. As there was no staff online, I precceeded to go to area in question and research it (I figured flyingpigs was not going to be able to resolve this on his own). I asked flyingpigs some questions (he was not too helpful, but I was undeterred), you can check the chat logs to get more info on what he said about the plots. I have outlined the specifics, as flyingpigs claimed, in the picture above (sorry for the thin lines, I quickly edited it in MS paint and didn't realize how thin they were). Flyingpigs knows me_da_man. That was made clear by the signs placed around me_da_man's house (I suspect flyingpigs put them up). I did not have a chance to ask flyingpigs who else has laid claim to the area but he did mention the wood bridge is andrew's, so there are other players involved (but wood is cheap, and in that specific case I will supply the wood to resolve that issue).

Staff will have to research this a little more, I tried to do as much leg work as I could. Me_da_man is NOT the proper IGN, coords for his house are: x -2905, z 3230. I am time-constrained to get that info so I will re-post with it today. If a ban is not appropriate here, I would request that me_da_man is spoken to about the purchase of the plot and that flyingpigs gets his things back.

Alright.

First off, I didn't mean to buy flyingpigs175's (or whatever his IGN is) house. However, he is a close friend irl and was not frequently on. His older brother (flyingpigs is young) who is also usually not on and lives nearby in mc (north of me). I want to add him to my plot, yet we are never on at the same time.

Anyway, I want to resolve this and would appreciate it if I could stay on this server. I really like it

From the looks of it flyingpig had no idea hence his complaint and buying realms without consent from the player or staff usually will result in a ban.

If this is true then this can easily be resolved without any banning. Even though his stuff was public and you wanted to protect it from the sounds of it you should of gotten his permission prior so issues like this don't arise.

So best option is sell them back to the server and just keep an eye on them. Even if they are public they can't be looted or griefed. That way he has full access to his stuff and if he comes on and you guys talk and he then gives permission to buy them then you guys can do that.
