[UNBANNED]Ban Appeal: cobaya18

How much did I last? Like, 1 month? Oh well, here we go again.
Once upon a time, a player called LIONCATSs joined the game for the first time, we all welcomed him, as we, but then, suddenly, he appeared to be a (something). And that something was one of the worst that I've received in a while. You see, we (The Minerealm Community) as you know, usually welcome people with a friendly manner and I sometimes even give gifts for the fellow starters. But this one... HOOoo... As I said, I usually give new people gifts, but why not to this one? Don't you think there's a particular reason for me not being nice to him? Because me not being nice to someone is quite rare. It all started when the he was telling us that he was 12.,Then I jokingly said: "Nah, you're 7." But it seems he took it too seriously. I then made a ban request for him, for avoiding the swear filter and just being a complete nub. He got banned for looting, not for my ban request.
Then I helped him make a ban appeal, giving him tips and all.
When he was unbanned and came on the server I was all like "Aw dang it, he's back" And then he started saying not-so-smart phrases thinking he is the smartest person on the server. Then he tells us to shut up when we correct him. You know what? I am so done with this story. It's too long and cannot be put into words.
My questions being:
Why have 3 people gotten banned because of situations having to do with him? Do you really think it's us?
Why doesn't he get warnings for the things he says?
Why is no one nice to him? Maybe it's because of his attitude and not ours?
Why do we have to pay for the actions of other people on the server?
Why can't I legitly camp his house during the mist? I'm not making any disturbance in his building or stuff.
I know, I also need to control my actions. They're pretty much controlled all the time, except when I get ticked off on a whole different level, like I did last night. Although I was trying to make money off my hate... I admire you LION, for making me that mad, only a few people ever manage to do that, and you just joined the group. You also got me banned too! Thanks!
Oh, also, in response to your two favorite phrases, LION:
"i own your face cob" Nah, you're not PvPing, you're trolling people by tp'ing when they chase you.
"why are you so mean to me?" I don't know, ask yourself why one likes you.
Also, "i own your face cob" is what made me reach the peak of hate. That's just a stupid phrase, in my opinion.
TL;DR:
I may only have like 2 more chances before a permaban. So, I'm sorry that I can't control my actions. It's just that sometimes I can't handle the stupid things other people say. But, I won't be sorry to LION until he says he's sorry to me, first. Even though he will probably start another discussion...
