I think I have seen rokkr mentioning there is a rule against making portals without space to move around so you at least can get out of nether and do /spawn or /home, and I found this on the map:

I am not actually asking for getting someone banned, but I think it would be good if that portal wasnt closed like that.

I went there and removed the cobble.
