Well the story starts during a mist.
I was fighting and going in to spawn to be AFK
He kills me and loses his stuff. Like most people who spawn kill do. So he starts calling the server names and being rude and begging. He also disrupted a trade between me and MightySoup. More proof bellow

With the evidence given, I don't think staff can immediately ban him. Unless he spammed you and the other players with insults, then it would be qualified as proof of both spam and player harassment. If you have another screenshot of him insulting you or other players repeatedly, there would be a better chance. However, right now, the most staff can do is just give him a warning to calm down and be nice.

I was there when he said that, but that is still now enough. The most that staff will be able do is basically give him a warning to calm down and be nice. Also, I suggest instead of trying to cooperate with him/her, you just ignore him/her. If the player is still continuing this, then you can take a screen and report him. From my perspective, it just looks like he is saying it each time he loses. Also, the insults are not like gunshots to the heart. They are rude, but not necessarily totally inappropriate or foul.

This evidence is just borderline sufficient. Perhaps a few pieces more would be enough.

Its whited out because I took what I needed and used paint to copy and paste.
