This being said, not enough evidence was provided in this case to warrant any action being taken.

There is a known Minecraft "bug" when playing on online that "offsets" other players characters to your own. Meaning that they may appear either a little off the ground, wedge into the ground or even in walls.

In future, please remember to post this sort of thread in the Bans Section.
