I am not sure what i have done? I haven't played in awhile iv been busy with other things.
I would just like to know what i did wrong .That would be great thank you.

You were banned for looting bookshelves from a blaze grinder in the nether. If you look at the Server Rules Update (linked in the OP of the Offical Rules thread), the rules for looting blocks in the nether are as follows:

Looting
As you all know looting is allowed in the nether and is now allowed in the Wilderness, we have also added a new addition to the rule. Placed valuables, defined as Diamond, Gold, Iron, Lapis, Emerald, Glowstone, Obsidian, Mossy cobble, Mossy stone brick, Cracked stone brick, Chiseled stone brick, Anvils, Blocks of Quartz(Chiseled, Pillar, Stairs, Slabs), and Enchanting tables, as well as raiding crops (wheat, melons etc.), fall under the looting rule.

Enchanting tables appear in the valuable blocks list and may therefore be looted (taken), but bookshelves do not and therefore must not be taken.

At this time i do not remember me doing this but i wont argue . I would like to come back o this server again
if possible. Is there away that we could come to a compromise so i am allowed on the server again? For example you take all my items and land , so I would have to start over.
