Well yes you could call me "That guy" as in the one who posts a ban appeal after being perm/rejected. But recently I was looking through the bans sections and noticed several perma banned players that have come back. I personally tried to contact Rokkr via Skype but got no response. Hopefully I didn't send It to a random person.

But I was talking to people on Skype recently a lot of people from minerealm that haven't met me saying " oh so your the real OneMan huh" and several people still wanting me back, along with the many 'No's'. after debating for a while I thought I'd take a shot.

During my last appeal I had a decent case, strong points and high hopes, only to get thrashed by a rude person intervening with the thread, who was rude so i defended someone and in which doing so was seen as flaming and was rejected due to this. So this time around, please only post once unless you are staff, soon flame wars can happen.

For all that don't know me but have heard of me , Hello. Im the founder of vortex created it myself. If you'd like to talk to me before voting on this ask legit or a fellow vortex member for my Skype, if you'd just like to hear my history well...
I've been banned 4 times and have used an alt to evade a ban. I have nothing to hid, swearing, PvP cheating, and misconduct is my background. But do note this was 1+ years ago. I could go through and apologize for every individual thing but staff sees enough of that, and has seen plenty from me. By now everyone has seen my true colors so may have a rough time welcoming me back. But I don't care who you are if you've played MineRealm with me, you've had at least one good time with me. Don't believe so, ask I gurentee I can tell you a time. I'm not a bad person just one who makes mistakes.

So, staff, the community, why should I be let back? What do I have to prove? And the answer to that is myself. I have to prove to myself im ready to come back. And why should I be let back? After a year to think about MineRealm my mistakes and reading the forums, I can assure im a much more reasonable person. What's there to lose?

So take a thought, a deep breath,make a vote and go on with your day. Not much more to do about it, for all we know this could be rejected instantaneously after posting. If so then thanks for your reading and consideration.

Where are these permabanned players that have come back?

This is also exactly why I never unbanned your account when the others had it, I knew it would come back into your possession yet again.

If you'd like I can go through and find some of the welcomed back perma banned players,

Also ask dlgn, after the thread where I gave him the account went dead I emailed him " mind if I can use the password to the account until you need it for MineRealm," I can confirm this if you'd like or you can ask dlgn. And dlgn is tot trusted of a player to let something like that happen. I even offered to let you have the email to the account. If I wanted to cheat my way back in or so you could call it, I'd have dlgn be persistent of trying to get it unbanned. But when you said no he stopped i didn't ask him to keep trying I left it. If I was honestly that desperate id get an alt. I'd feel much better getting unbanned the rightful way then through ways your thinking.

Honestly I don't think it would hurt to give him another chance. It has been what, a year now? A year at highschool changes a person drastically and Im sure he really has changed, if he messes up he can simply be banned again but I really would like to see him back.

Oneman, when we lost you from our guild we all took a hit. I kniw the chances may look bleak, but I think all of us in vortex would like to see you back.

Wolf has always been a great friend of mine. He made some bad mistakes in the past. He also used to be less mature than he is today. But, even after saying that, in my opinion, he is a lot more mature than the old Oneman of the past. Over the past months he has matured into a overall better person. I think that if he is allowed one more chance he won't let it go to waste. There's people on this server that really want him to come back, including me. IF he gets unbanned and is re-banned by breaking the rules, I believe he should be permanently banned. He's going for a last chance to play with his pals from Minerealm in this last ditch effort appeal. Hopefully he will succeed. Overall,Oneman, old friend, you have my +1. I hope to see you unbanned.

Bump and thanks for the comments guys. Polls looking in my favor if you flip the 19 around its 91. Glad to see the appeal lasted a day. The fact of immediate rejection means staff is giving at-least some thought, which is appreciated from me, thanks again.

If I had the power to unban and was reading your appeal, the constant mentions of other perma'd players coming back wouldn't sound very good to me. What it reminds me of is little children saying "But he could do x, why can't I?!". It would also put me off unbanning any other perma'd players and regret unbanning perma'd players, since other players that have been perma'd will still think there's a chance. If you ask me, I don't think that perma'd players should have ever been unbanned, since it gives people the idea that the ban isn't actually permanent, just extended. Minerealm is not a democracy, and as quoted by a staff member a while ago, neither is the bans section. That being said, I think you should be unbanned, you seem to have changed for the better since your ban.
