Yet another false positive! Lovely.
I was building my new gold farm and I had misplaced all the outside columns of obsidian. I was in the process of mining down one of these columns when I caught a lag spike. Bam. Banned for flying. The same thing happened earlier so I had gotten kicked for flying once already.
