Ban Appeal: llama_activist
Today I was messaged by a player by the name of Burt(insert numbers here) asking me if I knew who ender_cow1 was. I replied that i did not know who ender_cow1 was, I only said that he had a cool name. Burt followed up asking me if I was sure, stating that ender_cow1 was linked to my ip. I replied with "***? how?" A few seconds later I was banned. Even if this appeal is rejected I would very much like to know why I was banned from this server.

You were banned for possibly being an alt, and looking at your ip's they all match ender_cow1 right back to the same place. You must know them somehow, friend, family?

Actually, there's one other computer on my network that plays minecraft, but their username is nithling98, not ender_cow1. As far as I am aware, there is no one else on my network that plays minecraft. Is there anyway of disproving the fact that I don't have an alternate or my reinstatement on the server? Thank you for replying.

Not really, like I said it's showing on your ip. It's safe to say it's a home ip as well not a proxy. They were banned for flyng awhile ago.

Ok, thanks for letting me know, I sighted a computer linked to my network that I don't recognize off the top of my head, going to check it out.

Ok, I see some possibilities here.
1. I have a dynamic ip and you may be confusing an older version of my ip with his.
2. He got into my network through hamachi, which I use to run a tiny server for my friends and I.
3. He's a genius hacker/a plethora of other technological gateways that I am blind to.

Maybe 1 or 2 IP refreshes, but not every one.

How do you use hamachi, a VPN software, to "run a server"?

Devils advocate: This genius hacker breaks into your network, but not to steal bank information, or wreak havoc, but to spoof your IP to play Minecraft?

I kind of misworded the hamachi part. Since i only play on this server with a couple of friends i found it much easier to let them in through hamachi, rather than portforward.
Also, haha you make a really good point about how he would hack into my network just to play minecraft. Im no tech genius, just throwing some suggestions out there since I have no clue how we share the same ip.
