I think I got banned for helping tear down a city, named Carthage, Zeqwuan and agent00228 built, with agent. I can text agent and he can and tell ya it was cool. We are waiting for the wipe to start a new city.

Looks like this may have been the case, you were banned for griefing rails that go through the city. I found agent's name on the sign so unbanned/invalid. Sorry for the inconvenience.
