Hi there. I sincerely apologize to the mine realm staff. My account was being used by a different player during the time that the player was X-raying for diamonds and i would like to take responsibility for their actions. i changed my password and everything. again i am sorry for the misunderstanding. happy holidays from yours truly kojo516[/color]

Just to get this straight, how long ago was it that the person used your account and did the xraying?

Also, was that person using your account at your home or was that person loggin in from somewhere else?

Im not really sure when they did it, just that in the time when they had my account and I wasn't using it was when they did the xraying. This was around december 17th, when I made this ban appeal. he told me after he got banned that he didn't want the account anymore, so I got it back. Im making this ban appeal now so I can play again, once again, sorry. Ill make sure not to let other people use my account to avoid this thing happening again.

it was at my house. he ran over to me and told me he was banned from minrealm. so i rushed over and posted a ban appeal. i can say that this will never happen again.

The reason I ask is because you appealed within 30 mins of being banned which makes me think it was actually you playing, not someone else. People tend to use the 'someone else was using my account' excuse quite a lot.

Anyway, there is no way of knowing for sure, it's up to Rokkr to decide on your unbanning.

tanks anyway. i completely understand how it could be confusing for staff to see my side of the story i just hope that Rokkr sees it my way.
