so here is what happened:
on the chat maikelvdleeuw was talking to some other people whose name i can't remember about taking chests. some of the other players also thought, just like me, that they were breaking the rules. me wanting to know what was going on followed maikelvdleeuw when he went through the teleporter at spawn. at first i had no succes but after a while he tried opening chests (of which i have a screenshot). after going back to spawn to go somewhere else maikelvdleeuw with me on his tail ended up near an old wooden shack. he took down the walls to make himself tools (i have a screenshot). not long after this act of grief he was advertising for another server (i have a screenshot).
since i'm not the great technical expert i'm unable to put multiple screenshots in 1 post but i'll put them in different posts underneath this one.

Lol this funny this area is actually owned by me and raiderlove. From what I can see he didn't touch the GS wall behind those chests there.



Im not really sure trying to open chests counts as breaking the rules since that area is a private realm anyways but if he truly did advertise and destroy that house then I believe that should be sufficient to get him banned.

he attempted to break it a few times but he stopped each time right before it broke
