[LOCKED]Still Banned?

I got banned March 17th of this year. It's been quite a few months since then and it wasn't that bad of an offence. Can I get unbanned now?
All bans are permanent until appealed. Please post (in this thread) the ban reason (If you remember it) and you are allowed to bump it ONCE every day.
