Not gonna go into histrionics here. Panda attempted to dig aguy (screenshots below) and myself (no shots) into death holes, presumably to take our stuff to replace what he lost falling down his own trap. Nice

This is a banable offense, and I have what I believe to be sufficient proof.

Even though I probably don't have any say in this, I don't see any of the "proof" you are talking about. What I see is aguy looking down at the ground, and you looking down at the ground also. So... I don't really see any proof that it is HIM doing that.

Also, you can see in the first picture, aguy is in midair with no blocks below him. Fly hacks maybe?
