Thank you for your time. I have been banned, and I don't know why. If someone told me I would be happy. Also, I own a realm, and I owe 0820497 $4,000 in-game money. I did not swear, and I didn't troll anyone. I was mining when I had to go, and now I am suddenly banned. Please help if you can. Thank you.

You have to keep bumping your appeal. I would like my credits back.

It appears you were banned on the 11th for looting.

I had tried to talk to you multiple times why you was taking items and recieved no response. I had tried through public chat and private message in case you had public chat disabled. If needed I can provide screenshots of the looted chests.

I never got any messages from anybody about looting. Also, if you follow me around I am unhappy because I feel that is invading my personal space and is violating my rights. Plus, I do still owe 4,000 credits to 0820497. I will give back the items that I stole.

Also, PLEASE! I said I am sorry.

I don't follow people around just for fun, but I do follow people around who are breaking the rules which are clearly placed at spawn on signs. As for your rights... you don't have the right to steal items from other players which is why you are in this mess in the first place.

Amendment 4 does not apply in this situation. Even if it did, there is reason to 'seize' your right to play on this server.

Amendment 5 does not apply to private firms. Private firms are allowed to outright ban citizens. They can protest through court which is where this principally is directed.

Amendment 6: see amendment 5 explanation.

Amendment 8: the punishment is not excessive or unusual in any way. There is never any form of bailout used on this server.

Amendment 9: no. Just no.

I wouldn't be surprised if you were permanently banned because of this. Outright threat backed up with superfluous and extraneous evidence does not cut it.

Plus, I'm pretty sure Minerealm is a Canadian server and does not necessarily have to abide by the American Constitution anyway.
