(This a late appeal, have been busy irl.)
(ohhh, just noticed I have 1GB of posts! )

I am currently having to use my iPhone a my source of internets which means often connection lag.
I was banned by the server for spamming due to this; my connection must of 'sent' all of my chat messages all at one time, even though at my end, I was giving each message enough time in between each other to see if it had sorted itself out.

I hope you can see my the chat logs that what I said is the reason.

Not sure there is much more I can say other than I will be careful in the future whilst I have this poor connection to not chat as fast or, if I think I am having issues, at all.

Don't think there is anything else I can say, can't wait to be able to log back on.

I recieved a shout from my brother the other day, and as I walked into his room he said "Roobeans been banned!"
What roo has stated all adds up. At the end of all her words she put "test", signifying her testing a bad cinnection.

Even so, you can spam in /b or /g if you need to test. Or if you can test your connection by trying out some commands. No need to clutter chat even further by posting test test test test test test where everyone with chat on is forced to see all of that crap.

But anyways this seems like a genuine mistake so nbd.

Well to be fair I thought it was only a matter of time until you were legitimately banned for spamming.. so...

Also to "test" a bad connection try to be more sensible and type something like /help and not a million chat messages. Common sense is a beautiful thing, children, and unfortunately not that common.

Next time use /help as people suggested or any command for that matter, you'll know if it works or if you are lagging as they take a minute to show up.

Positing a msg in chat can show up instantly for you and still be lagging just be smarter next time
