I think I should be unbanned because I do not know the reason as to why I was banned in the first place. Also I really enjoy playing on the server because it is a fun server with nice people . So if nothing else I would like to be informed of the reason for my banning. Please unban me, it would make me a very happy minecrafter.

You were banned for looting and griefing. I actually found several areas you looted.

I will admit I did loot a place or two before realizing that looting was against the rules, but I swear on my grandmother's grave that I am not a griefer. Any of the things I took I will give back or replace if I am unbanned

Vongiggity lives in the same realm as I do and he has always been home and never likes to walk very far. So I think you have the wrong person, possibly. He usually is just mining or helping build up our realm. I think he should be unbanned.

Out of curiosity, how soon after you started playing did you realize looting was against the rules? Because I found one instance of looting occurred September 8th at 5:22 pm. You logged out at 5:24 pm, and I banned you at 5:37 pm. You started playing regularly August 31st.

Another interesting coincidence I noted is that I found a stack of coal that had been tossed into the water. I also noted that a stack of coal was removed from the chest. Now, this may be a coincidence, but it seems an awful lot like he took it out of the chest, and just dumped it.

And for the griefing, I found some rails that you tore up elsewhere.

I think there's been some kind of misunderstanding. I had work that day at 5:00 pm which means I would have been off of Minecraft by 4:00 pm. The only way that "I" could have looted that stuff in the sceenshot is if someone (probably my brother) was on my account when I was gone. I just talked to him and he said that he logged onto my account and was on the server after I left to play on the server without having to start from the beginning. He was just looking around because he was new to the server, found the chest(s) (I'm not sure how many he went through), and looted it. I told him about the server a few days ago because I think Minerealm is a very fun server, but I failed to inform him of any server rules. If I am unbanned I will gladly return anything that my brother stole under my name. I am sorry for his wrong doing

What time zone are you in? The times I posted are Central Time.

Are you sure you are in US Central? Your IP address looks like it is coming out of Washington State, so it would have been about 3:25 PM when this happened for you.

Also, I checked your chat logs, and noticed something interesting.

That's weird, I'm in the central time zone. And like I said before that must have been my brother because I wasn't even home at the times you stated.
