Lighting5257 burned me with lava without warning. I didn't have PVP on and it happened to fast to get screens of it. I have witnesses that will hopefully post on here. I had about 15k+ worth of gear on me.

Yes, I was there and Lightning, without warning, dumped lava on Gman.

Without evidence it's going to be hard to accept the ban request.

Gman had full pro IV unbreaking III in his inventory but not on him that's how he died. This included all his pvp stuff. You can just imagine how much this stuff is worth. In Lightnings defense he didn't know it was on him. It appeared gman had nothing on him, but it was still illegal pvp (unless gmans pvp was on). Basically Lightning and gladiatorian were smack talking in chat and agreed to fight stone sword pvp through the teleporter. Gman kept following them through even though lightning warned him several times not to, and then he dumped lava on him. IV took a screenshot I think.

It wasn't in the nether it was in a random public realm.

I know it will be harder but there are 4 people that actually saw it plus after it happened chat blew up and many people saw that.

It also can be an easy ban if lightning doesn't lie and says what exactly he did to me. But if he lies then he would be lying to staff witch is also frowned upon.

I told gman to stop following me. I tried 3 times to tell him not to follow me. I said "go", then he said "make me". so i did. He was pretending to hide from me the 3rd time so i would think he had not followed me through the teleporter. I saw him sneak into a hole to hide, so then i lavaed him. He also hid his armour in his inventory, so i didnt know he had anything valuable and so i would think he was weak. Gladiator was suppose to be pvping me 1 on 1 like i said. I told Gman that i was lagging to bad to fight someone as good as him. Gladiator is on Gmans side beacuse they were trying to sneak in Gman in to 2 on 1 me. Thankfully 0820497 warned me of this so i didnt turn my pvp on. Gman and gladiator, please dont try to cheat pvp again, it wouldn't have been fair if u had killed me by sneaking Gman in.

Lava dumping is not allowed, gmans pvp was not on and we were not in the nether. I belive that this is very bannable.

Dumping lava is bannable.. But why we're you following him?

I was fallowing to see the fight. I never was going to even try to kill either of them, and I took of my armor so I would seem less threatening.

So there you have it he admitted to dumbing lava on me, witch is illegal.
