Xcronias admitted to indirect PvP via digging a hole under me, at spawn, deep enough to kill me. While I was writing signs to help people stop being banned for things like flight no less.
Unless he is willing to give me back my items, I request he be banned.
I don't really love banning server regulars, but he has left me no choice.

I don't see enough proof here to ban Xcronias, it never shows you dying so you can't know if he has any of your items.

The hole might not have killed you, it might have been 2 blocks deep.

The rules list is not even approved by Intelli. Xcronias should not be mad.

this is an admission of guilt, he would never say or do things I asked him to.
like give me my stuff back for example.
