[UNBAN ON AUG 28TH]Ban Appeal: cobaya18

I can't be banned for what I did! I just sweared once and VV banned me. VV herself has said, the person must first receive a warning about his/her wrong doings. Therefore, I see this ban as an invalid one.

That is all.

Cobaya you are a veteran and should know better by now. If you're going to cuss keep it outside of the game and outside of public chat...

Let's point out a few things, shall we? I agree, I do thoroughly advocate warning NEWER players at least once when they make a mistake in chat. The newer players on the server don't know the rules as well, and may slip up occasionally. The difference between them doing it and say a 2 year vet doing it is the vet is fully aware of the rules. If you're AWARE that something is against the rules and you do it anyway, you're not getting any slack. You swore on purpose in main chat and was banned for it. I went to talk to you about it, you ignored me, proceeded to say "screw this", and left.
You, of all people, are one of the players who nags and ridicules new players that don't know the rules. You should know better. You broke the rules, you suffer the consequences. That's what you tell them, right?
No ifs, ands, or buts.

Other vets swear in chat too and I don't see them getting banned, just warned. And I was just mad about what happened with Silver. Also, just saying, you can't perma-ban Silver without a valid reason. But I do admit I went a little out of line when I sweared. And I am sorry for that.

P.S. I am not A 2 year vet.

Oh, cob. What did you get yourself into? If you don't get un-banned, I don't know what I'm gonna do ;~;

The 2 year vet was merely an example to get my point across. You know the rules, follow them.
Is that so?

If you're a regular player and you swear on purpose in main chat, you're getting banned. I am far less inclined to give you any sort of slack if you ignore the situation entirely. I tried to talk to you about it.
Also, Silver asked to be perma-banned. However he was not "perma-banned" Merely banned for spamming, disrespect, and posting a goodbye thread. Which many people in the past have been banned for. He knew full well what he was doing.

I've seen MANY active players swear once in main chat while staff was on and they dont ban them. I even recall 08 swearing in chat, and you gave him a strict warning, but no ban. Also, 900th post!

When banned for breaking a rule, the smarter (and more mature) thing to do is admit and apologize for the wrongdoing and prevent it from happening again. Saying that it is unfair and that other people have done it is not relevant to the fact that a rule was broken, and judging from what has been posted so far, broken multiple times on a consistent (daily?) basis. Responsibility should be taken. Rules are rules, and a ban is a ban.

Yes, you're right, but why should one player get banned for doing the exact same thing as someone else and that other person not get banned
