I am aware that I previously posted another ban appeal, but it's months old. My ban was a result of a misunderstanding, so I believe that I should be appealed.

I'm a friend of ubermitch and he's a good guy. He did break some blocks, but he misunderstood that somebody was inhabiting the area stated in the previous ban appeal. So, +1 :3

Unbanned but as far as a misunderstanding you broke stuff that wasn't your's. So the ban wasn't a mistake, even if you think something is abandoned always consult with staff.
