Hello again. I am asking to be unbanned so I can once again play on this server with my buddies. I haven't played minecraft much since I was banned until about 4 months ago. I have been on a few servers but most of them you can pretty much buy your way to the top. Everything lost can be replaced with a couple of dollars, and that to me is boring. Why was I banned? The reason I was banned was because I went to the forbidden server. I was unbanned the first time but went back anyway since my friends stayed there. for this I am sorry. Also, I did tease some of the staff a little bit and that is something I shouldn't have done.

Why should i be unbanned?: Going to that server was my only offense. I have never cheated, bullied, or done anything to abuse the people of minerealm. but all that does not matter (I am only listing them if people have forgotten what i've done). It all comes down to if Intelli wants to unban me.

How about it, may I have an other chance?

Tex, how many times were you warned about crossing the line with what you said? How many times did I have to warn you, back in the glorious golden age, about the sentences you foolishly chose to spout away with? How many Staff told you to stop crossing lines that you went ahead and crossed anyways?

I've got nothing against you personally, and I don't hold grudges for things like that... but nothing you've shown in the past has convinced me that you'd change. I've only seen a few examples of posts where you seemed more respectful, and that's something that is seen on almost every appeal.

It reaches a point where you don't look at the appeal, you look at the conduct elsewhere, and the attitude displayed when you aren't in trouble, where you're not acting a certain way to prove a point. I know this better than quite a few people on the server.

I'm not voting against you, because I have nothing against you. I'm also not voting for you, because I don't believe that you'll act any differently for more than a few weeks, a month or two at most.

Which lines did I cross exactly? If you are talking about the law sentences it was just how i entertained myself and the people on the server. The only other time I was told to keep quiet was with the infamous duping mod. I did say some things that could be found offensive to some of the staff, but they never told me anything about it.

This is why you keep screen shots loves, so you can cement your claims and leave no doubts.

I'm referring to warning you as Staff repeatedly to stop with messages that were either deliberately offensive or the equivalent of spam, and other Staff had done the same. Your appeal wasn't permanently rejected without reason Tex. The "Law" comments neither interest me nor offend me personally. As for the duping mod incident, that's a matter for Staff and yourself.

If you want proof of what I say, I cannot give it sadly. These are old incidents and I don't have screen shots of things past a couple weeks, unless it's of particular note. As that's the case, I leave it up to others to decide what my input here is worth. I've given my opinion, and if anyone wants to discuss it further, PM me.
