Ban appeal : Novehla

Could someone tell me why I was banned? I don't play too much, so I'm not sure why I would be banned, unless this has something to do with my brother's banning.
As far as I am aware and can recall you are a alt of Frosty.
Frosty had access to use this account, he did say that this was his brother's account. But I've seen him on the account far more often then his brother. So how do you wanna continue this?
