Not sure exactly what I did but it can't be a coincidence that Aptos and myself being close friends got banned at the same time. I would appreciate an explination so I can appeal and hopefully start playing again.

If you read aptos's appeal, you were banned for the same reason, looting.

If this is about the incident that Aptos is talking about I am very suprised. Those items had been public for months (much over the two week mark) and the items weren't anything much. Isn't there a rule that says items on a public realm can be taken after two weeks of the realm being public if there are no signs claiming them? Anyway, I'm going to assume this rule has been revoked because I am banned. I believe the items I took were just some stacks of oak logs, some snow blocks, and some other miscellaneous stuff. I understand that the value and quantity of the items looted doesnt change the fact that I looted them, and I am very ashamed that I did this. Now that I know this is not allowed, I promise to never do it again.

Edit: I would appreciate a little feedback on the taking items after two weeks rule. I know I heard of this rule a few times but that was over a year ago so it most likely has changed.

There is no official two week rule. You must ask a staff member for permission to take items.

Okay, I will make sure to always do this in the future. I apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused by me taking the items and will gladly give them back (if you haven't already rolled them back). I do not think I deserve a permaban for this but I will accept whatever punishment you give me.

I'm just going to leave my two cents. I have seen tyranitar on minerealm before but I've never really talked to him. However I firmly believe in second even third fourth and fifth and so on chances in life. Although that might not completely relate to minecraft. I think tyranitar should receive a second chance. We aren't all perfect but everyone should at least strive for perfection.

Well here's the issue, you claim it was well over two weeks(which staff didn't give you permission either way, and never would if they knew you were going to loot) but it wasn't.
The original owner in question was Kinasaka who's realms disbanded on Sun, 21 Jul 2013 08:01:38 GMT.
You and aptos both looted the area roughly on Thu, 25 Jul 2013.
In short it was only 4 days now, as far as the items whether or not they weren't anything much, it doesn't matter. Looting is looting and seeing as you guys had no staff permission and claim it to be weeks just raises more questions.
So where else have you guys looted? And how often has this occurred?
