I am new to the server and I lag a lot. I was banned because the server said flying is not allowed
I was not flying but I was lagging a lot and I don't know how to fly when on survival.

That is a common excuse for people that say they dont fly/hack. Although that may be true, lag doesnt cause people to launch into the air.

Idk what happened my Internet is very bad and this always happens, on most servers I just get kicked for lag ,not banned so plz unban me . It was my first time playing too I only played for like 15minutes and I was banned for flying

Being an Aussie Player and dealing with 3-4 digit pings I have to disagree with your statement.

My one and only ban was for triggering a speed hack related auto ban, (which lasted approx 45 seconds while i contacted Shamps) due to lag.

I can also confirm that while lag does not cause you to launch into the air, i have come across a range of scenarios that trigger fly warnings (pretty much one a day for me on certain projects).

So until Mex provides a description of what he/she was doing at the time, and staff review the logs I would recommend not implying they are guilty.

Ok, "lag" doesn't cause you to float 23 blocks above ground. The screenshot below shows you the rough location at which you were banned.

Lag does not cause this.

I'm sorry but I don't know how I got there but I was lagging on the ground and I left it there waiting it to fix so I went afk I came back and I was banned I don't know how

Doesn't the server give an initial warning if you're flying? Lag may trigger the first warning, but it won't trigger the server to have to ban you after receiving the warning.

I've experienced extreme lag while building with nether brick stairs and was kicked for flying when I wasn't, but I never had a problem after that first warning, even with the lag.

Another note: if you were afk, then I suppose your Minecraft character magically gained a mind of its own and decided to fly up there.

If you're lying, it's best to admit to it before you further make a fool out of yourself.
