[ACCEPTED/PERMA]Ban Request : EndSnows

EndSnows fought me near the Nether Spawn area and repeatedly logged out during combat to gain an advantage, appearing to disconnect, "losing connection" on purpose and logging back in to throw damage potions and attack me whilst they were invulnerable. This was done 3 or more times and resulted in my death. They claim they logged out due to connection issues but it is strange how they immediately knew to throw damage potions and hit me with their invulnerability active, then to log out again and do the same. This was illegal PvP against me. I have screenshots to show the moment when they disconnected and when they logged back in. I have more screenshots to show them attacking me and when i died if needed. I also have a screenshot of my character being dead after i attempted to log out to avoid death from their illegal PvP actions, if more are needed I have them.

The login resulting in immediate attack.

I'll answer a few things for you:
JoeTheDemon wrote:"losing connection"
My internet kept kicking me off because a storm was starting outside, so it would kick me out.

I logged in, threw health potions, and would get kicked out again. I tossed one poison, but when everything had caught up, I never thought it hit you.

What you don't understand is that when everything is supposed to be loading, you'll see whatever is in the chunk you logged out in. You were standing there, so when I turned, I would throw health to heal myself seeing-as-how you'd start to hit me when I logged in.
And if you look at pictures 2 and 3, that's me when I lagged out, and in the fourth one, you're on fire, how does that prove that I'm attacking you?
And the funny part was, MineRealm was the only thing lagging, I'd log onto another server, see it was good, and try to come back on here, and get kicked out.

Irony at its best.

The rules state : "You are not allowed to relog to gain an advantage in PVP. If you are being pursued, and log off, you should stay logged off for a while so as to not take advantage of the temporary invulnerability granted by logging in.". It clearly states you should remain logged off, and not take advantage of the invulnerability as you did, regardless of the reason for disconnecting.
I am sure the admins can check your login and logout times and see how much time there was between your logins and attacking me after "disconnecting".
You may have been logged off, but failed to remain logged off and used the invulnerability to your advantage, moving whilst invulnerable away from me to heal or towards me to attack me. This is against the rules as you can see.
And the screenshots show the TIME which you logged out and in, and it was shortly after, or immediately after disconnecting and continuing with the PvP fight. Whether you were disconnected legitimately or pulled your own connection manually is irrelevant, you logged back in and used the invulnerability to your advantage.

If I'm being pursued, and I log off for are, an hour, and you're waiting there, you'd probably complain about the same thing. I'd still throw potions whilst invulnerable. And I logged in due to other servers being okay to load, so I would come back and test this one again.
And I do believe that the admins can tell if you log out yourself, or lose connection.
Plus, I couldn't pull a plug, this computer has WiFi. Even if I wanted to disconnect like that, I wouldn't. As I said before, it was raining, which messed up my connection.

Even though it wasn't your fault for relogging it still gives you a advantage, which it is clear you used. Everytime you relogged you got 3 seconds of invulnerability in which you used to your advantage. You should have just stayed logged out. If you did loot him you really should give that stuff back, otherwise I don't think you should be banned.

EndSnows and I have our differences but from pvping her multiple times it's safe to say she wouldn't log out to gain an advantage. She doesn't pvp like that. -1

She is correct. As a moderator on another craft bukkit server, the logs do display a difference when someone manually logs out (Esc; Disconnect from server) and when someone crashes.

But when you're lagging, you usually can't be hurt until your game loads everything up. Which means, if I was to throw a potion, the game would not get the input that I had done it until everything caught up. So basically, he could hurt me after everything loaded, which is when I could actually defend myself.
