I do not know why I am banned. I have not received an email or message explaining why I am banned.

Didn't I just unban you? You have been banned for griefing rails this time. Not sure if it is from prior or not.

I do recall boring into a rail system during a mining trip. I took some rail that I thought were spare. I was also not aware that I was not allowed to take from public realms that had been built on, unless they were claimed by usage of a sign. I have now looked at the FAQs to the rules (which I had not previously read). I have now referred myself to those FAQs (Q. Can I take stuff from chests in public areas?

No, that is considered stealing, and is not allowed. ) and realized that not only was I completely in the wrong, but I have also caused huge problems for those involved in the building of the tunnel, which I had no right to touch. I did try to cover up the hole which I had made into the system after I had decided to leave. I wish to formally apologize for my ignorance, which I understand to be no excuse. I would be more than happy to return the items and ensure a formal apology is said to the respective owner(s). I will now take extra care when discovering tunnels during mining trips that are not natural spawning. In doubt, I will consult the FAQs or a Staff member, without exception.

It looks like you removed 12 powered rail, 4 normal rail, and 22 RS torches from the line itself. The RS torches did not overlap with the powered rail you removed, so you basically just depowered a section of the subway. You also removed 33 seeds, 9 fences, 1 detector rails, 114 powered rail, 192 rail, and 1 iron door from chests along that stretch that I found.

You looted me. And do you really think I would leave rails in a chest to waste? And boring into a rail system, that happens all the time, but it doesn't mean you should grief or loot. And the server rules say that you cant loot, grief or raid. Didn't you read them? You should never ever grief or loot. And now that kero has posted, griefing the rail too? You stole 126 powered rails in total, do you know how expensive they are? You did something bad, and you should feel bad. I hope you learn a lesson from this; To never EVER grief or loot in whatever situation. The subway is a public type of transportation, and many people use it.

I have reviewed the staff logs and it appears your last ban for the sign was also a griefing ban as well, there was a mistype in the name.

So this is your second ban for griefing.

Perhaps so, but I was unaware of the technicalities, of which I am now aware. I have (and shall again) apologize for my actions. I have read the rules and FAQs. I now understand what is and what is not acceptable.
