I was over on vacation, and i logged on and said i was banned, i posted this and was sent a picture, and it said "RainTeves was banned for flying" i don't have the fly mod/hack nor i was on at this period.

Someone else have access to your account perhaps? I'll check into the ips but figured Id ask.
