[LOCKED]ban appeal for elifant

my girlfriend (eliafant) was banned over night when she wasnt even online! this is extremely unfair to her considering her and i had just gotten enough to buy a plot of land and built a house. i would also like to know why said ban occured in the first place when she wasnt even online.

If she has her own account, she should make the appeal herself. Also, please make her read the rules and the format for ban appeals. Tip: Also tell her to support her ban appeal with evidence that she wasn't on her account

i made the account (i undestand the rules say she should) but she doesnt have the best grammar and isnt as understanding (she is furious and was yellling and woke me up when she saw she was banned.) i know for a fact she didnt swear because she hardly talks in the chat on the game. and she doesnt use any cheats or anything.

I will support your appeal in one condition. Present more evidence that she wasn't on her account during anything that got her banned.

i was on facetime with her overnight... she was asleep untill like 8 (est) when she texted me goodmorning so she wouldnt wake me up

also we dont even know why or how she was banned so this is confusing for me and her so if someone could tell us how and when, that would help because from atleast 6:40 (when i got home from work and 8 the next morning she wasnt on the account.

Firstly, the only person that can appeal is the person that was banned. You can't appeal for them.
Until the player creates their own appeal and asks, we shall not give out the information with regards to that ban.
